Application, material, GSM or thickness, width, length, color, UV package and packing requirements agreed in writing before production starts.

Sample Confirmation

Physical pre-production sample and written specification used together as the binding production reference.

Incoming Materials

Raw material and additive requirements checked against the agreed production plan before processing begins.

In-Process Checks

Weight or thickness, width, appearance, weaving density, lamination quality and roll formation monitored during production.

Finished Goods & Packing

Roll length, labels, cartons, pallet pattern, quantities and shipping marks verified before palletizing.

Third-Party Inspection

SGS, BV or buyer-nominated inspection can be arranged before shipment at any major Chinese port.
