Our defect rate is below 0.5%. If you receive defective items, send us photos and we will replace them at our cost in your next shipment, or issue a credit note. No quibbling, no delays.
Before every shipment, you receive photos of the finished products, packaging, container loading, and a full QC report. You approve before we ship β never the other way around.
We welcome SGS, BV, Intertek, or any other inspection company. We will fully cooperate with their requirements at no extra charge from our side. Buyer pays inspection fee directly.
What we quote is what you get. Weight (GSM), size, color, and other specs are guaranteed within industry-standard tolerances (typically Β±2-5% depending on the spec).
We tell you the exact material composition. If you order 100% virgin HDPE, you get virgin. We don't substitute recycled material to cut costs β period.
You communicate directly with the factory β not through layers of trading companies. If there's an issue, you talk to the people who can actually fix it.
